Due to the nature of our handmade jewelry and the unique nature of each piece, we do not offer returns or refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item by contacting our customer support team at idroy.dgp@gmail.com We will require clear photographs or videos showing the damage or defect to assess the issue. Once verified, we will either replace the damaged or defective item with a new one or provide a full refund.

Order Accuracy:

We make every effort to ensure that the description, color, size, and other details of the products on our website are accurate. However, slight variations in colors and sizes may occur due to the handmade nature of our products. We encourage you to read the product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.

Custom Orders:

Please note that custom-made jewelry, including personalized or made-to-order items, are not eligible for return or refund unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival. We will work closely with you during the customization process to ensure that your specifications are met.

Once an order is placed on our website, it cannot be canceled or modified. We begin the production process promptly to ensure timely delivery of your handmade jewelry.
